NON RESIDENTIAL TEACHER TRAINING
The 200 hour non-residential Modular Dynamic Yoga Teacher Training is a training in the art of teaching yoga dynamically. This involves teaching the depths and subtleties of yoga practice through the art progressive sequentiality: or vinyasakrama. You will be trained in the use of four practice Vinyasa, each with a different purpose and effect.

The four day Foundation Course
The Four Day Intermediate Course
The eight day Advanced Course
The 8 day Teaching Skills Course
The first three are open to anyone wanting to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga.The Teaching Skills course only to those having completed the first three Courses.
The Dynamic Yoga Teacher Training programme has been developed over 20 years by Godfrey Devereux, author of Dynamic Yoga, Elements of Yoga, Hathayoga Breath by Breath, 15 Minute Yoga. The Little Book of the Bandhas, Yogavidya and Dynamic Yoga Cds and Videos. You will learn to teach postures, breathing and meditation from the inherent functional principles of the bodimind. You will be trained to teach from sound and proven principles of learning and teaching that make yoga really work. Included in the full course price are over 50 hours of audio presentations of teaching yoga dynamically and over 20 posture and pranayama classes as audio files.
Those who succesfully complete the Dynamic Yoga Teacher Training programme will receive a Dynamic Yoga Teacher's Certificate. This is approved by the Independent Yoga Network (IYN) and automatically provides registration with The Yoga Register on payment of the annual fee at the 200 hour level. Registration with The Yoga Register provides you with the necessary insurance to teach yoga: THIS CAN BE DONE AT A SPECIAL TRAINEE RATE AS SOON AS YOU ENROLL ON THE TRAINING. A certificate validating your competence to teach will be issued on successful completion of the assessment process.
